1. Ordering

1.1 I would like to order a cheesecake. How can I make an order?
To make an order, you can call us at 011-1124 8805, or email us your request at order@crossroadscheesecakes.com, or fill in the order form on the Order-a-Dessert page. Once we have received your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation invoice for your perusal.

1.2 What is the Order Confirmation invoice?
The Order Confirmation invoice itemizes your order, so that you are able to confirm it before it is processed. It will be sent to the email address that you have provided us when making your order. Please reply to this email to confirm your order and do include any changes to the invoice with your email (if any). Please note that unconfirmed orders will not be processed for delivery.

1.3 What is the minimum amount of time required to make an order?
All orders must be placed 48 hours before delivery so as to allow us ample time to prepare your cakes for maximum freshness and taste.

1.4 I would like to have a cake delivered tomorrow. Is it too late to order now?
Special orders may be made 24 hours before delivery, although this will incur a surcharge to your bill. However, if we are unable to process your order, a member of the Crossroads team will be in touch with you shortly.


2. Delivery

2.1 How much does it cost to have my cake delivered?
Deliveries are charged a very minimal fee, although the charge differs depending on the area that you are in. Please check the Delivery Chart page for area charges.

2.2 I love your cheesecakes! Do you deliver outside of the Klang Valley?
Yes! Crossroads Cheesecakes now delivers to Johor Bahru and Penang, so if you are in these areas, you may order a cake and have it delivered to your doorstep - fresh! Please note that the delivery charge for addresses in JB and Penang is priced at a flat fee of RM20, which is payable upon order confirmation.

2.3 Can I pick up my order instead of have it delivered?
Yes, you can. While Crossroads specializes in having your cheesecake delivered straight to your doorstep, you may also pick up your order. In this event, please let us know and you will be billed for the cake only. You can pick up the cake at the following addresses:

3. Payment

3.1 How can I make payment?
Payment is upon delivery, although you may also pay via PayPal or Maybank. For payments via Maybank, please let us know once you have made payment for verification. Payments can be made to the account below:

3.2 If my cake is a gift to be sent somewhere else, how do I make payment?
You can pay us via PayPal or Maybank. See above for account details.

3.3 What are the steps for payment via PayPal?
Log into your account. Click on the "Send Payment" tab. Once you have accessed the tab, check that you are now in the "Send Payment Online" sub-tab. Fill in our PayPal email address -- order@crossroadscheesecakes.com. Fill in the amount that we have billed you on the Order Confirmation Invoice. Please ensure that the amount that is being paid is in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Select Goods on the inner tab named "Online Purchases". Proceed for payment. Once you have made payment, send us an email with the details and we will get back to you once we have confirmed your payment.


4. Enjoying Your Cheesecake

4.1 How long can the cheesecakes remain in room temperature?
Owing to the ingredients used in our cakes, our cakes should not be left unrefrigerated for more than an hour.

4.2 How long can the cheesecakes last?
Each cheesecake may last up to a week refrigerated, although for maximum freshness and taste, it is best consumed within 2-3 days.

4.3 I understand you use eggs in your cake, but I'm a vegetarian. Can I have them omitted from my order?
Absolutely! Please note that you CAN customize the cakes to your liking, just simply let us know in advance! We can customize your cakes anyway you want it, keeping it nut-free (if you have an allergy), making it less sweet or even omitting the eggs for vegetarians.

4.4 I’m a first time customer. What do you recommend?
Although all our cakes are equally delicious, we personally recommend our best-sellers – Blueberry Burst, White Chocolate Decadence and Rocky Red Planet. Please view the menu for other enticing selections.
